What Safeside needs to assess

- Current TCP and lane-closure training or qualifications relevant to the role
- Recent field experience with temporary traffic-control setups
- Experience leading TCP crews and documenting site changes
- Availability, transportation, and ability to reach Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley sites
