Can Safeside close a lane before the permit is approved?
No closure should be implemented outside the applicable approval and permit conditions. Send the approved documents before the scheduled mobilization.
Can the closure layout change during the shift?
Changing hazards may require the risk assessment and plan to be reviewed. Material changes to an approved closure can also require authority approval. The field crew should not improvise beyond its authorized scope.
